Exchange Policy
Every piece from Worn by You is carefully inspected before it leaves our hands. We don’t offer refunds, but we’ll always ensure your order meets the quality we stand for.
You have 15 days from the day your order arrives to request an exchange. To qualify, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused in its original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with simple instructions to guide you through the process. Please note that returns sent without prior approval can’t be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as expected, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll review the situation and make things right.
